Jong Il-Gwan is a North Korea footballer who plays as a striker in Rimyongsu, club placed in DPR Korea League and also as the North Korea national football striker. On 24 November 2010 he was crowned by AFC Youth Player of the Year at Sunway Resort in Kuala Lumpur. There are many rumours of the transfer. Some clubs mention in this rumours are: Newcastle United, PSV Eindhoven and FC Partizan.
